Our cellar door embraces all the favourite Foggo varietals.
Our wines are super premium, boutique wines are overflowing with power, elegance, complexity, concentrated flavours and finesse - all perfectly balanced with great oak. They drink well on release but have the finesse and structure to be cellared.
Foggo represents the premium varietals that the McLaren Vale District does best: Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet and Chardonnay. The Foggo wine making technique for our hand harvested fruit consists gentle crushing, open fermentation and basket pressing, with minimal filtration and excellent oak. This ensures the full potential of the fruit is captured with old-fashioned minimal handling, hand plunging and labour intensive techniques.
