'Oblivion' Syrah Fortified, McLaren Vale
Sweet, late harvest Shiraz grapes are picked, de-stemmed, pressed and partially fermented, before aged brandy spirit is added to the juice. We then bottle the sweet nectar, capturing its fresh and vibrant flavours and sublime ruby colour.
