DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We are committed to resolving any problems that our clients experience with product delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your products, please contact us on (08) 83230131.

Foggo Wines will not be obliged to accept any return or make any refunds to you in respect of wine that you have changed your mind about purchasingAs a consumer, you have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to returns and refunds of goods that you purchase that are not of acceptable quality. In the event that wine you have purchased appears not to be of acceptable quality, please provide Foggo Wines with written notice as soon as possible to info@foggowines.com.au.


SALE OF ALCOHOL

It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering into a sale to purchase our wines, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.

Foggo Wines holds a Producers Licence under the South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997,Licence Number 50802583 Foggo Wines is required to ensure an audit trail exists to identify the purchase and sale or supply of liquor, and no liquor is to be sold or supplied to any person under 18 years of age.


OUR DELIVERY CARRIERS

Currently Foggo Wines uses Australia Post or Fastway to deliver to all states and territories. Both these companies can track your purchase.


WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Foggo Wines can deliver to anywhere in Australia. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on (08) 8323 0131. All rural areas are delivered by Australia Post and will be left at the local Post Office. Please provide a Business Delivery Address, if it is possible. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.

Alternatively, during the checkout process you can elect to have your wine left at the delivery address in a specific location i.e. under the verandah, behind the side gate, etc. if no one is home.
Delivery can take up to 10 working days, but this time frame can be shorter depending on the overall pressure on the delivery network at that particular time, your distance from major centers and product availability.


RETURNS POLICY

If there is a fault with any wine from Foggo, replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock. Please contact (08) 8323 0131 to notify of any faulty product. Refunds will not be provided unless by mutual agreement.

Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address. Refunds will not be granted on sale items.

 

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

Foggo Wines use Securepay to process your credit card payment. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Foggo Wines or any outside party. We never permanently store complete credit card details on site


DISCLAIMER

All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, GST and other government charges and current stocks remaining unsold.

If your order includes a product that is not available, we will contact you and provide suggestions on another product as near as possible in style, quality and price.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all vintages are current, due to the nature of the industry, vintages may change suddenly depending on supply and stockholdings of the producer. If the stocked vintage changes before you receive your order, where possible, we will contact you to inform you of the change to the vintage and determine if you still want the product.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. The following provides information to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site.

Foggo Wines collects, uses and stores personal information for the following purposes:

  • Identifying its customers and potential customers, including their authorised representatives
  • Processing orders or enquiries received, including via the website
  • Supplying products, services or other benefits to be offered to customers
  • Informing customers of marketing initiatives that may be of interest to them
  • Sending advertising materials, newsletters, competition details and other promotional and commercial communication initiatives to customers by email and/or text message; and
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve our products and services

Where possible, Foggo Wines will collect personal information directly from the individual concerned. However, in some circumstances, Foggo may need to collect personal information from authorised third parties (for example, your representative).

If we are not provided with all the required personal information, we may be unable to process your order or other enquiry.

The Company collects your personal information in the following ways:

  • When you log in to Foggo's website and/or online services;
  • When you contact Foggo Wines about its products and/or services
  • When Foggo Wines supplies products and/or services to you; and
  • When Foggo Wines responds to an enquiry from you.
  • Disclosure Except where indicated above, Foggo Wines will not disclose your personal information to a third party, unless:
  • The disclosure is made as part of giving effect to a purpose for which the information was collected
  • You have consented to the disclosure

The third party is an external service provider ie (Securepay) that assists Foggo Wines operate Foggo wines business and is a party to a confidentiality arrangement with Foggo wines.

The third party is a person involved in a dealing or proposed dealing (including a sale) of all or part of Foggo Wines assets and/or business.

The disclosure is permitted, required or authorised by or under any law.
