2021 'Floraison' Sangiovese Rosé, McLaren Vale

We pick plump Sangiovese grapes and leave the juice on skins breifly to give the wine its distinctive colour, before pressing and syphoning the juice into stainless steel fermenters to clarify. A beautifully crisp, dry wine.
